24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please know we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24 hours notice.
If you cannot make your appointment please get in touch ASAP
also if you are running late please contact us ASAP as your appointment may be shortened and possibly cancelled
after a time period to ensure the next appointment is not behind schedule.
For no shows there will be a fee added to your account for next time. Possibly the same for late cancellations.
Please understand and don’t be offended if we ask for a booking deposit. Our time, as yours, is important.
